This place was a great place. It was right on the Via Francigena. They even had a washer machine that we were able to use.
The room was very clean and well organised. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Easy access and good location, close to restaurants and surrounded by mountains. The staff was also nice.
The staff are friendly and helpful. It is an inclusive hostel. The facilities are complete and very clean.
Really nice & helpful woman working the front desk (despite my rusty Italian skills); room was huge, bright, very clean space
Everything is clean. Kitchen with miscellaneous utensils, kettle and fridge - possible to cook. Staff is nice and helpful. Very large lockers with locks (big backpack fits entirely and there is plenty of space left). Situated close to Via Francigena.
