Staff was very friendly and helpful. All three of them. Apartment had two terraces with nice views, comfortable chairs.
The staff ate congenial and professional. The location is excellent. (The bus stop to/from MXP was a short 4 minute walk away). My room was spotless, as were all the common areas and breakfast room.
The amenities were top notice. Exceptionally clean. And knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Place is quite,, clean and well maintained. Staff is very pleasant, kind and helpful
Everything except the insistence of the management that no food be brought into the room.
