The property is just a walking distance from ottaviano station and other bus station and also to the Vatican City. Groceries and restaurants are just downstairs. The room is neat and tidy, a cleaner cleans everyday. we appreciate the fact that the property provides pastries for breakfast and coffee machine available 24hours a day without additional charges.
The property was perfect distance to all the things we wanted to see. It was clean and our bed was made every day along with the trash being taken out. Didn’t have any issues while staying here.
Everything, especially the receptionist lady's level of customer service
The room was tiny, very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was about 7 minutes walk from the metro Ottaviano. The morning coffee and pastries were extra comfort for us. We were met by Mrs. Elena. I must say, that she is very adorable, very careful and a nice host. If I could, I would give extra 10 points for her. We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel.
Clean property. Excellent communication from staff. They were very responsive to my last minute booking ( same night ).
