Beautiful rooms, great value, easy to get into Venice. The gentleman at reception who checked us in was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Nice and quiet location with a good parking.
Venice Centre is about 30 minutes but good transport.
Bus or Tramway will take there for 1.50 euro each way.
Supermarket, coffee shop and bar opposite the hotel .
We had a short stay at the hotel but everything was perfectly fine, the hotel was clean, the room was of a good size and kept clean with the housekeeping done everyday, we didn’t eat at the hotel but when I was looking in the restaurant the options for breakfast seemed more than adequate….. the staff we so friendly and helpful……we will definitely stay there again, good luck for the future and hopefully we will be back soon (Room 211 Rob)
