Perfect location, parking was a plus and pet friendly
Extremely polite, pleasant and helpful staff.
Great location.
This small, unique hotel has the perfect location to walk anywhere in Lucca. The staff was more than courteous, professional, and helpful; the room and en suite was spacious and very comfortable; and, the breakfast was an abundant display of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot trays with eggs, etc. we would definitely stay there again.
Exceptional hotel in the middle of the city within walking distance of every attraction. Beautiful property, super clean, very good breakfast. The friendliest, kindest and helpful staff. Everyone was amazing. Highly recommended. We will stay here again.
