The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Some of them didn't speak any English, but they succeeded in trasmiting what was important.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and noise level was good. It was so convenient to the light rail to the Duomo. Parking is included and so is a continental breakfast. They make a wonderful cappucino.
Tram station was directly across the street, free onsite parking, convenience store next door for some cold drinks and snacks, breakfast in the morning, and AIR CONDITIONING!
The hotel is very old but the staff is amazing and it’s near the tram !! So you can move around
The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms were big, and the bed was comfortable. The coffee was freshly made and always pretty good.
