Directly set on Livigno's Carosello 3000 ski area, near the Doss 18 ski elevators, family-run Hotel Astra features a traditional restaurant, free Wi-Fi throughout, and a sauna. Heated ski storage is provided. All rooms at the Astra have an LED TV with satellite channels, a safe and private bathroom. Some rooms have a spa bath or hydromassage shower, and some overlook the mountains. The famous on-site La Piöda restaurant serves specialties from the Valtellina area and classic Italian dishes. Gluten-free and special dietary options are also available. After a day skiing, guests can leave their skis in the dedicated storage area right on the slopes, and relax in the hotel's sauna or book a massage. The center of Livigno is 2953 feet away, while the spa town of Bormio is reachable by car in around 45 minutes.

Clean.
Very good and friendly staff, any question and/or problem receives attention and solution.
Good breakfast with fresh juices, cheese, eggs etc. Ski in ski out from backyard located ski room.
There is a free bus stop near the hotel to go to the other side of the ski area.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, also the restaurant was very nice. All the staff was excellent especially Jeffrey and Francesca. Also was very nice to be able to park our car in the hotel garage.

The hotel is immaculate. Out of 10 different hotels on a tour around Europe, this was by far the best breakfast!! The produce was all of amazing quality which meant everything was delicious.
