Location is great (close to the beach, nice neighborhood) and rooms are very clean, spotless! Food is great, the menu is different every day for dinner and lunch plus there are so many options available (every meal is buffet style). Stuff is helpful and very polite.

Very nice hotel with very welcoming owner. Very clean, housekeeping every day. Nice and quiet neighborhood, with big trees on the street. Even in the off-season, you can get all the services you want at the hotel.
Davide was an excellent host and provided everything required. His hotel is beautiful, lovely breakfast and drinks. I would recommend his hotel and in perfect walking distance to a great beach.
