Very friendly and accomodating staff , nice big room, food was excellent ! Overall a great stay !
Very nice breakfast, and the only place we ever stayed that had dinner included. Dinner was also very nice. Room was very large with a massive amount of closet space. Property included a nice indoor pool and sauna, unfortunately we did not have time to use it.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic! And the room was spotless! But what stood out most of all is the friendly feeling of this hotel and this is what makes Hotel Brandl such a pleasant place to stay. They also add little touches like printing out a little daily newspaper that is at your table each morning with history, jokes and activity ideas each day! Plus, they host a happy hour in the lobby on Wednesday evenings so guests can mingle a bit. We stayed at Hotel Brandl as our jumping off point to start our four day trek in the Dolomites.
The location in San Candido (which is a beautiful town) is great. Hotel is at the end of a quiet country road. Lovely helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner.
The hotel provides very nice and relaxing accommodation. Certainly, it is not a 5 star hotel but we did not miss anything during our stay. Food was very good. Swimming pool and sauna perfect. The personel was very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the stay very much.
The slopes are close, although not yet in convenient walking distance. However, very easy to reach by car, there was parking next to the lift, free of charge if one has a lift ticket. Actually, if we consider the 3 star hotel category, it would deserve full score of 10.
