The host is really nice, sweet and available. The room was big enough and very clean, and the private shower and sink are very convenient. The location is incredible, few steps from the cathedral.
The place was very clean. The room large and airy and the location is amazing, right in the heart of Florence. The hostess was also kind and friendly and gave us great tips on where to eat. There were fans in the room, which kept if comfortably cool.
Our room and all other areas were very clean. Had to share a bathroom. Not our cup of tea but it was doable. The hotel attendant was extremely nice and helpful.
Great location, the lady at the front desk was very kind. The location was also great and would not need public transport for most things.
I liked the hospitality of the host, the location and the cleanliness.
Not disliked but honestly it was a bit inconvenient that they don’t have a wifi.
