Everything! Most of all- outstanding service and communication.
The gent at reception was really kind, helpful, and made the best cappuccino I had in all of Italy! Thank you.
A quite charming hotel that doesn't look like a hotel from the outside. Very pleasant interior. Staff was friendly and helpful. Although a bit away from the city center, there is a bus stop a couple minutes from the hotel, and a tramstop 5 minutes further. A 1 day ticket is a good way to get around Padua.
Very clean, location ok if you need to be in Arcella, big parking, fair breakfast.
Very nice boss/owner. Very helpful. Good quality mattress on the bed.
