It's a fort! Such a cool experience! The room was ENORMOUS - honestly essentially a suite. It was so private, incredibly peaceful and well sound-proofed. The breakfast was great, and it was easy to get around independently as a hotel guest on the property, even with other tourists at the location. It felt highly exclusive and very modern in its finishes. Excellent water pressure, big bathtub. Nice big towels. Avengers!!! We enjoyed nerding out about its status as a filming location. The location is incredible! There's easy access to so many amazing sites in Aosta Valley. Very peaceful at the fort itself, especially in the evenings.

Amazing, massive room with high vaulted ceilings and an enormous bathroom. Loved staying in the fort. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Amazing views.

The smallest hotel I have ever seen! 11 rooms only! Clean, comfortable and amazing experience to stay in the fort! Staff was very helpful but only on reception you can expect good English. Better Italian or French. If you just stop expecting Hilton service, then you will really enjoy to stay there.

This hotel is located on the top of Fort Bard and a short walk or lift ride from the village. The room was clean, spacious and well designed. The thick walls of the Fort insulated us well from the marching band’s performance on the night of our stay. Staff is friendly and helpful, and provided a delicious breakfast.
