They allowed us to check in early as the room was available. Staff was nice
Very close to the train station which is why we booked this property! We didn’t want to walk our luggage through the city so it was perfect location!Definitely a little older than most places, but overall okay! The staff was helpful and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout until we needed to head back to the airport!
The staff was really helpful. We had problems with the window lock and the electricity plug. They willingly came to our room to solve the issue
Liked the intricate details and a lot of mirrors, and that there was an elevator
I felt good. I had spotless sheets and towels, hot water, the bells of Santa Maria Maggiore. The economy single room was perfect for me. The receptionists in the evening and morning helped my one-ton trolley up and down the monumental stairs at the entrance. I love the Termini area, too bad I couldn't find availability at Champagne for June and early July.
