Hôtel Chopin is across the street from the Piazza Principe and the main train station for Genoa. This was a plus for me as I traveled by train from France to the city. Below the train station is also the subway system so it’s quite easy to move throughout the city. That being said, some might like to be more in the “heart” of the old town. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast, although a continental style, has a good selection.

Staffs are friendly, clean room, very good location
The room and entire premises were immaculate and each member of the staff we spoke to was exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast offerings were more than sufficient and the location near the train station was ideal for us.
This is a great place to stay when you need easy access to one of the main train stations in Genoa...The room was small but incredibly efficient...plenty of outlets and places to hang things.
