Everyone/everything was welcoming and very nice. The breakfast was so good and had everything you need to get a great day started. Bonus for elevator and veranda with seating. A hidden treasure close to everything
Honestly, I am not sure why there are some bad reviews about this hotel. We stayed for a night with my husband and baby and we were very happy with everything. The next day they provided us with free breakfast and cappuccino. The staff are very nice! The location is perfect!!
Clean room, good air conditioning, good wifi, nice staff, free italian breakfast, good location about 15 minutes walking from train station and also from old city.
We especially apreciate being able to get our room in the morning, several hours before the check in time.

Nice little balcony with a couple chairs was included with our room.
Room service brought fresh towels and made the bed for us.
I would recommend coming to this hotel to anyone, it's very clean, people are friendly, and it is probably the best value I've gotten out of this price. I had no issues with check in/out or leaving during the day.
