Clean, well located, charming staff starting with the owner. The only amerlioration I suggest is a better breakfast service..
We lucked into renovated room, with modern furnishings, good air conditioning. While nicely decorated, the hotel itself presents a bit dated, but still very nice. The daily included breakfast was buffet style. The staff was excellent and quick to provide a cappuccino or needed condiment. The tables are reserved for the same one daily, cruise style. If you purchase full plan including all your meals, the menu is provided at breakfast and you make your choices at that time for lunch and dinner. The food was good enough, but after a meh dinner the first night, we only used the restaurant for breakfast.
The location is excellent. Easy to get to the budello, beach or any nearby area of interest. We never had to drive anywhere. Very lively scene along the beach promenade a short block away!

Great location, very close to various restaurants, shopping area. Staff is very polite, cooperative and ready to serve any inquiries. Room is very clean. Area is calm and hotel is easy to find. My sincere recommendation!
