Very friendly and helpful staff; very close to the beach, no more than a minute's walk; ample car parking spaces; quiet location. The beach was clean as was the sea.
As it was low season there were few people staying but we were welcomed by a extremely friendly and kind girl who showed us out to our garden room and explained the features in the room. The hotel is right on the beech so superbly located. We didn't take any meals so I can't comment on that.

Camera nuovissima con tutti i comfort, staff gentilissimo, posizione stupende vicino alla spiaggia di Procchio. L'ideale per una vacanza sulla spiaggia, con famiglia o da soli.
