Really lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Location was brilliant as well right next to the beach but just far away as to not hear any loud noises from the main street. Also had a lovely balcony and a brilliant AC.

Great localisation. Staff was helpful when we had trouble getting there on time. Room with private bathroom, balcony and tv.

We liked pretty much everything about our stay. It's a budget hotel and we had everything we would have expected. The room was small, but had a good double bed, a big wardrobe, a chair, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. There was also a TV that we did not use. Our room was located on the top floor of a 4- floor building and it was a corner room, which ensured maximum privacy. The key to our stay was the air conditioner, which we had to pay extra for, but which was definitely worth the money for a couple that is not quite used to the Italian summer. The staff was also very helpful and made our bedroom on the second day (we didn't want it made on the third). The location of a hotel is perfect for a holiday in Rimini as it is a short walk from the main promenade and hence the beach. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station. It's surrounded by houses and hotels and is located in a quiet residential area.

Small, clean, nice hotel in a great location. Just 5 minutes from the beach, cafees and shops and 10 minutes from the old city centre. The only complaint is the thin walls, when you have noisy neighbors.

Our company stayed in Rimini for a work event. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond on the final day to arrange a taxi when it seemed very unlikely. They were lovely people.
