Reception 24 hours, nice staff, has parking, the rooms is very clean and well furnished. Very convenient for a stop when traveling to the Elba Island.

The Hotel Est is a nice clean friendly hotel within walking distance of the tourist area, the Piazza Bonio, the museums, and restaurants, but in a mostly residential neighborhood with a half dozen much better (and cheaper) restaurants. And it has air conditioning. It is also quite close to a bus stop.

It's a nice clean friendly hotel, with air conditioning, that is close to restaurants and shops that are NOT tourist traps. But it is within walking distance to the tourist area, the ocean, the piazza and museums. They provided free bicycles and were very accommodating in calling taxis and storing our luggage when we went overnight to Elba (we have no Italian). The 6 eu breakfast was simple, but a good bargain with espresso, pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. And it's very close to the main road and a bus stop, so getting to the train station or cruise ship was easy, though for 10 eu the taxi when we had luggage was handy. We are elderly, but we handled the stairs - we turned down the offer to carry our luggage - maybe if we return!
