Great location for old town, friendly staff. Good massage at wellness centre within hotel.

Location was great, on the edge of the old town, the staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was tasty. The bizarre circular bed was a little uncomfortable, the toilet seat was broken and in spite of double glazing the traffic on the street outside was a little noisy. Having paid for the room through Booking.com and having had confirmation from them that they had taken the payment from my bank two days before arrival, the receptionist tried to make me pay again on departure. I showed her my Booking.com e-mail of payment confirmation and she back tracked! Nevertheless a convenient stay for a visit to Lucera.

Very helpful staff, very clean rooms, close to city center

Excellent value for money. Very clean with basic facilities. Location great as was the wifi. Large room although traffic was a little noisy. Great town, with excellent piazza and the evening stroll last Sunday night was one of the best.
