Sabrina was a great receptionist, friendly, polite, and kind. The location was great, close to Termini that made it easy for us to get around the city. Everything was GOOD. I will recommend it to others.
It was one block from train station, so conveniently located. Manager was very kind to hold my luggage for no charge. He went out of his way to show me how to get wifi. He was always available for questions. Very clean and comfortable.
