My stay at the Grien was absolutely exceptional! From check-in to check-out, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Andre at the front (I hope I spelt that right) provided such valuable information and was always prompt with requests. The two ladies that were serving breakfast [I do not have their names :(] were SO sweet!!!! They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I fell extremely sick the last 2 days of my trip and they were so kind to bring dinner to my room and check-in with me. I also loved the nightly sweet treats that were given. Also shout out to Haseem (shuttle driver) that was so warm and welcoming!!! The hospitality was just amazing and I will definitely be coming here again :)

My daughter and I stayed her for 4 nights to hike the Dolomites and explore the local small towns. Highly recommend this is a perfect location! It was SOOOO easy to get in and out of town, I was originally worried about it when I made the reservation but the shuttle was perfect. It was also VERY easy to get to the 2 main gondolas and hikes: Seceda and Suisi de Alps. I am so glad we stayed here. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. They had the weather and activities posted in the lobby every day. I didn't realize it had a full spa - salt water pool, 3 saunas, regular pool - even an option to book a massage (we didn't use the massage option but we used the other things) it was amazing after a long day hiking and still working out the stress of a high intensity job. We are foodies and we really enjoyed the food as well. This is a terrific little town and a lovely welcoming place to stay. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend to all to stay at Hotel Grien.
