-free lounge chairs and umbrellas and the beach
-modern, quiet AC
-room gets cleaned everyday
-free bike rental!!! (which is essential for the location since most good restaurants and shops are on the southern side of Lido di Jesolo, which is >30 min by foot but only <10 min by bike)
-big supermarket very close
-good breakfast selection
-very nice staff (except for one lady, I think she was the owner, barely spoke any English though)
