Everything exceeded our expectations, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the meals were exquisite, fresh and pure cuisine.
The hotel had a nice setup with a cosy yard/garden with beautiful plants. 200m to the beach. Easy walking if you are reasonably fit, but there is also a bus shuttle from the hotel.
(Useful to have a car if you want to explore other places)
The receptionists went an extra mile to be as kind and helpful as possible. The gentleman who operates a van was super nice. Breakfasts were good, there was plenty of food.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale professionale, accogliente e gentilissimo. Ambienti semplici e puliti ogni giorno con cura. Posizione ottima: si raggiunge la spiaggia di Grotticelle in 5 minuti di passeggiata vista mare. Inoltre, è possibile prenotare la navetta se non si vuole andare a piedi o con la propria auto.
La cucina per noi è stato il fiore all'occhiello della struttura: piatti tipici, menù vari ogni giorno, qualità ottima e colazione abbondante al mattino. Nonostante avessimo comunicato l'intolleranza al lattosio del mio compagno al check-in (avremmo dovuto farlo prima ma ce ne siamo dimenticati), lo staff ha subito provveduto a garantire già dalla prima cena l'assenza di lattosio in ogni portata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con la formula della mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il cibo è stato ottimo, con piatti sempre vari e ben preparati, sia a colazione che a cena.
Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale: sempre cordiale, disponibile e molto simpatico. Durante il soggiorno ci sono state consigliate alcune spiagge da vedere nei dintorni, e possiamo dire che ne è davvero valsa la pena! Ogni consiglio si è rivelato azzeccato e ha arricchito la nostra esperienza.
Anche la posizione dell’hotel è strategica: a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia delle Grotticelle, una vera perla del posto. Inoltre è disponibile il servizio di transfer gratuito sia per la spiaggia che per la stazione di Ricadi, entrambi molto comodi.
