Staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a good location for the concert at the RCF arena. I could walk back as it was about 3.5km. I was also able to easily walk into the city center to see the sights. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The air conditioning also worked well.

I should highlight that the owner is very nice. Even though the checkin is not possible beyond 19h, he understood my case that my airplane landed late, and offered a Whatsapp video to explain how to get in and retrieve the keys late in the night. I like that. Besides this, the room was clean and warm. Shower room itself was a bit cold, but water temperature was perfect, I can't complain.
Camera accogliente, con tutto il necessario, pulita e letto abbastanza comodo. Host gentilissimo e disponibile, mi ha aiutato a risolvere una situazione abbastanza incresciosa senza alcun problema. Posizione ottimale per la vicinanza all'ospedale di Reggio Emilia e nemmeno troppo distante dal centro storico.
Per essere un 2 stelle ha una buona struttura, ci hanno dato una camera forse adibita in precedenza ad appartamento,molto pulita ,grande e accogliente.
Subito sotto avevamo un ristorante/pizzeria per cui pranzo e cena assicurati e soprattutto molto bravi .
Come struttura praticamente attaccato all ospedale,quindi molto comodo come posizione. Purtroppo nn posso dire se vicino oppure no al centro,ma sicuramente una posizione favorevole anche per girare.
