Great location, clean, fantastic breakfast buffet, lovely terrace restaurant upstairs, friendly & attentive staff.
Charming hotel right in the center of town. Attached restaurant was very good as was the breakfast. But it is the service from everyone we encountered that sets this hotel apart. Can not recommend too highly.
The location was beautiful, right in the middle of it all but not too noisy! The staff was incredible, they even gave us milk when I forgot to get some for my son and the stores had closed!

Perfect location within Malcesine. All the staff was exceptionally helpful. Probably the best breakfast offering we had in our 4-week trip. Very nice rooftop rest./bar with view of the lake.
