It was very charming, has a restaurant on site that closes late, the complementary breakfast is delicious and includes a lot of options and the staff is great!

I can't say enough good about this place. When we arrived, it was late, we had been travelling for 30 hours. They served us dinner and made us feel very welcome. The location and view from the restaurant was spectacular. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped us with travel and just everyday questions. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here. We hated to leave.

The location is about half an hour from Volterra and about half an hour from San Geminiano. There is parking on site, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. When we arrived there was no one at the reception, but the keys to the room were waiting on the counter.

Breakfast was great. Room comfortable but a bit small but it was still ok for us. Staff great and hotel restaurant excellent.
