This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! Mario and his sons Giacomo and Eduardo greeted and served us with warmth, excellence and attention to detail! The hotel is beautiful - the breakfast (included) and dinners were outstanding and unique and the location is perfect for experiencing all that the Dolomites offer in natural beauty, Italian culture and charm - bravissimo!
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good, including made to order eggs. We were on the top floor with skylights that opened to see the stars and allow a nice breeze in. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Absolutely lovely hotel and location. Great amenities, staff is excellent, cleanliness excellent and air conditioning if needed. Only critique is that the beds are firm and pillows are too firm for my needs. Giacomo was a huge help and so kind. Breakfast is amazing and sitting on the veranda and reading while having afternoon tea was a special treat
We loved our stay at Hotel Luis. The hotel was lovely in itself and the staff were so friendly and so helpful. They take a lot of pride in service and go above and beyond. It felt like family. Oh breakfast was fantastic!
A family business. We met the father and two sons. Not sure if other members participated but the three we dealt with were such wonderful hosts. Yes they have other staff but to see the effort and care they put forth was amazing!
