The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was right in front of the Basilica and their breakfasts were really good. Would come back again.
The hospitality is incredible, and this is a pension/hotel we would absolutely stay in again. We really enjoyed the sisters and their proximity to the Sanctuary. We parked out car nearby in a paid spot. The rooms were clean, and we had space for our little one. The breakfast was nice and everyone was very kind. I think my favorite was their knowledge of the schedule and the basilica of Our Lady of Loreto. If you are a pilgrim, then I suggest you stay at this hotel.
The hotel was next to the basilica. The staff was excellent. Christina was waiting for us and help us to check in and parking. The sisters were very nice.
The convent is a great location and very quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. My only complaint is that I imagine because they are a convent , the messages I sent were not answered. We think we left a bag of dirty clothes and tried to contact by both phone and message through booking.com to see how we could get the items returned to us.
Side where the Basilica is. Clean , quiet and old feeling .
