The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations and a map with stuff to do and places to eat. They were very accommodating as we added an extra night, needed ice and forks, etc. just very friendly staff.

Comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff. We didn't use the coffee bar or restaurant, but it looked great! We appreciated the complimentary room upgrade!
Firstly, I would like to say "Thanks!" to the guy at the reception because right from the beginning, he provided us with full information about Florence, gave us a city map, and helped us find parking. So, we saved a few hours on our short trip. Additionally, we got a better room than expected.
The location is close to the main city attractions, within a maximum 20-minute walk to the museums and the main Florence cathedral.
The room was clean and comfortable. Perhaps it hasn't been renovated for a long time, but it was in good condition. We liked everything there.
