Nice place with friendly staff. It was good for walking about Biella. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was fine. I would stay here again.
The location was perfect and ironically located 5 minutes away from our Vendor. The facility was clean, the reception was cordial and the staff was professional. The WiFI served our needs. The location afforded many close options for Lunch & Dinner.
Friendly staff, great room, great value for money, they welcomed us despite our late arrival. All good!
I been staying more than 20 years with this hotel and no change. It is quite nice to stay at this hotel.
We booked a double room with separate beds. As this was not available we were given a second room free of charge.
The breakfast was all freshly made (yet rather for someone with a sweet tooth - mainly muffins, croissants, cakes etc). Wide variety of fresly made coffees.
Lots of free parking spaces in front of the hotel.
