Overall good experience. But very bad breakfast. Very few items. Not even coffee or tea available.

Excellent location, right next to the subway station. Great customer service, in particular Luca and Vanessa were awesome hosts.
The rooms were a good size and clean.
Location is directly opposite Crescenzago Metro station on the M2 line. We chose this area as we stayed in Hotel Agape in 2012 which is a stones throw from this hotel, however, they didn't have occupancy for 6 people when we needed to stay.
Located in a quiet suburb and a great restaurant on the doorstep called Stella Marina. If you want real authentic Italian cuisine then you need to visit there.
Good location if visiting for Monza F1 as direct train from Centrale FS is about 15 mins away by metro and it's €10 return for the Monza Special train and shuttle and €2.20 to get to Centrale FS. Got back from Monza by public transport in around an hour.
Staff were on reception 24/7 and no request was refused at any point.
Breakfast served daily from 7.30 to 10.30 with a mix of European style breakfast,.fresh coffee, cereals and pastries.
I would stay here again if I came back to Milan for another trip.
