we were a party of 14 staying in four rooms. Staff was great. Very Nice hotel. Food was very good but don't get the shrimp cocktail. Excellent breakfast.
There is an air conditioning type system in the rooms that is coolish if you keep still. They could use some ceiling fans. The hotel lobby and restaurant are nicely air conditioned. We arranged transportation from our hotel to the port for our Royal Caribbean cruise and that worked out great. There is a beach within walking distance. You do have to walk on a path thru some woods but it's not taxing. We walked over and enjoyed a drink before dinner at the hotel.
Breakfast was very good. Good variety. Coffee was excellent.
Location was excellent. Short walk to beach.
Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. There was even a fruit stand close by.
This was a lovely clean and comfortable hotel vernear the beautiful beach and the cruise port (paid for the shuttle very worthwhile.
The staff were amazing especially Valentino who went over and beyond with her help solving all my problems. She was professional, helpful and kind. We met the lovely Sofia in the morning too.
The property location was great with good access to the beach and other restaurants.
Sofia was super nice. The hotel is super cute, perfectly decorated and perfectly located. Steps from the beach. We ate at their restaurant and it was really good. The staff is super friendly! Highly recommend it!
