Easy access to major sights and restaurants. Very safe and secure. Room was clean and staff were outstanding.
The location was perfect. The front desk staff was helpful with finding restaurants and sites. The entry/exit to the hotel and our room was easy. Requests were responded to promptly and professionally.

The proximity to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori was exceptional. Heart of the historic area. We walked everywhere! The staff is beyond friendly!! They were very accomodationg. Our stroller did not arrive on time and the staff went out of their way to help us fill out paperwork and email back to the airport so that it could be delivered to our hotel room. I was very happy with all of the staff members. It was simple but clean. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but an elevator was available so no problem there.
