The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was "honest": just right.
Location was great in order to visit Tre Cime, Monte Piana, Lago di Braies and Val Fiscalina. We walked to the bus stop paid 10 euros per person to ride up and back to Tre Cime.

Big rooms and a perfect location for hitting Tre Cimi. The trail by the lake was lovely also. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great.
Georgia was a gem! She made us personal breakfast bags, along with a thermos of coffee, each morning we hiked (breakfast wasn't served until 7:30, so she wanted to make sure we were fed leaving at 5:30-6 am). All of the staff members were kind and accommodating. The rooms were updated with rainfall shower heads and the views were absolutely incredible! And the location was impeccable to the trailheads, restaurants and shops.
