The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They also found a room for my mother to join last minute. An older hotel with charm and a lot of care and love put into it. AC worked! They also provided free breakfast and offered a dinner service.
I would firstly like to say the staff were all absolutely wonderful. The hotel was nice but quite basic. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom were spotless.
The management of the hotel is amazing. We felt welcomed all the time. Rita is an amazing human being. She is a kind person. My kids and I had a great time Forte dei marmi. The hotel is one reason.
Perfect location, very close to the beach facilities and nestled within a residential area. Parking on the street was easy and felt very secure. Close to the town centre and shopping and restaurant district. Air conditioning worked very well. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay very enjoyable
The lovely staff were all superb.Friendly and helpful.Being picked from the Railway Station started the whole feel good factor off.
Great breakfast....stayed for one evening meal which was excellent and such good value.
Make sure you don't miss the roof terrace...most comfortable furniture recliners etc and for the shade seekers a very useful pergola...
Ground floor seating outside ...very comfortable.
The staff were so important...Federico,Melina,Rita ,Giulio and Stefania.. very chatty and happy to give you the local knowledge....we would love to come back.
