It was super quiet at night and easy to walk to everything from the hotel. Close to the train station and the bus stops.
The property takes you back to an elegant time with furnishings and architecture. But it brings in all of the modern conveniences. However- the staff is the cherry on top. Considerate, helpful, cheerful.... especially Barbara!
The hotel is amazing, but the staff is what shines here. I travel for work all over the world and also to pleasure and I have never met a better staff than at this hotel. USA here. Couldn’t change location from Austria.
We loved this hotel! We enjoyed the comfortable rooms, great location with access to everything but also out of the main crowded area, nice staff, and nice little touches. Breakfast was also very nice and generous. Loved the bathroom products, coffee, and lighting. We will definitely return here for our next trip to Venice.
