Huge pool, the grotto was hot and steamy..a very complete experience. Rooms were clean and had robes, crocs and pool towels. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Restaurant was good. Staff was very nice and helpful!
The spa facilities were really unique. It took some discussion with the friendly staff to figure them all out but the thermal pool, massage and especially the natural grotto hot room were excellent. The restaurant was also quite good.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. They did everything to make me feel welcome and looked after me the whole time. Great that the pool has a reserved area for guests that doesn’t get too crowded.
Great spa hotel with huge clinic, spa center, open thermal pool, lovely restaurants and amazing breakfast ( usually breakfasts are drama for me in Italy if you know what I mean:)

The hotel is located in the quiet, historic town of Viterbo. One of its main attractions is the thermal pool. The pool is available from 8:00 AM exclusively for hotel guests and opens to the public at 9:00 AM.
Overall, we chose this hotel for its thermal pool, and we did not regret it. It was a real pleasure to walk from the thermal baths to our room in a robe.
The breakfast was European-style.
