Just 820 feet from Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, Hotel Oriente is 2 minutes' walk from Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station. The rooms are en suite and offer free Wi-Fi and a TV. The Hotel is in Rome a walking distance to the metro station, great restaurants, the Colosseum and San Giovanni Basilica. The front desk gentlemen were kind and helpful.

Great place for location, staff and room size. Totally up to my expectations. I don’t think you can find better for the money, especially in this very busy period. Everything worked in my room (tv, AC, hot water). Staff was friendly and available. I recommend!

For that money you have more than you need: great location, cleaning every day, clean towels, new bathroom, nice host. If We want to come back to Roma We will Stay in this hotel again.

Although it is clear it is a very old building, it is absolutely value for money. We had chosen it for its vicinity to Termini and the Centro Storico but also because it was really economical. While at first sight it seems old and grey, the good thing is the behaviour of the staff - both men at the reception were really helpful, polite, smiley. Also, despite the fact that the rest of the room was plain and old and it showed, the bathroom was new and very clean , something very important for me. Another advantage is the 24 hour reception. Thank you! You gave us what you promised :)
