Amazing staff, even if some didn't know english they found solutions. Room is cozy and bathroom was good. Very great price!

I speak English and when I arrived the receptionist spoke Italian. She spoke to her her phone for translations. She did not get frustrated or treat me badly. She was very nice and helped me settle into the hotel easily. I appreciate that. Thank you.

Wonderful location (very close to the tram and metro station). Also, very warm, welcoming hotel staff, the receptionists were particularly helpful.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations. Do not be deceived by one star only, the hotel looks very decent and feels much better than some 3 star hotels. My room (single) was surprisingly spacious with a small balcony, clean and warm (there is a radiator, but you can use AC for heating as well). The wifi signal is very good. It is very convenient for visitors of the Bocconi University as it is 10 minutes on foot. 25-30 minutes walk to the city center, but also easily accessible by public transport (metro & tram). There is no breakfast, but there are many cool places to eat or have coffee nearby.

The location was excellent. It was quiet but close to the metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was no frills, but met my needs.
