The staff is extremely kind and available, I had a small request the first day and they immediately find a solution. The hotel is quite near to many public transport options to get to many attractions in the city, it’s clean and welcoming all in all.
There are so many good things to say about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, it even included made to order espresso drinks! The room was clean and they provided soaps and shampoo, which I appreciated. The air conditioning works well. It's very close to both metro stations and trams to get around easily. There are cafes and shops conveniently near by. Overall, it suited all my needs and wants perfectly.
