Wonderful setting. The owners are very helpful and considerate. Nice elevator for luggage and beautiful views from balcony.We had our small dog and there were nice areas for him to relieve himself.
The room was beautiful and very clean. When we arrived the owner upgraded us with a large balcony room.the customer service was the best we ever experienced. As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed. We also were informed of all the different attraction the city offered. We were given advice on where to go.
We enjoyed our stay so very much.
Looks like a recently renovated hotel, family operated. Rooms are clean and can compete with any other newish Western European hotel room. Staff was exceptionally kind, great pool area.
This was our second stay at rainbow resort as we loved it the first time we stayed a few years ago. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is a family fun buissness and all the hosts were so friendly and polite. They speak English as well which always helps. We got a room upgrade which was really spacious with a balcony.
