They were so nice and supportive for everything!
Nicely positioned hotel with beautiful lake views from patio and forward facing rooms. Best pillows in Italy so far. Quiet nights. Very nice breakfast with seating option in courtyard with plenty of room. Very convenient for evening stroll, restaurants and shops. About 2 hr or less drive from Fiumicino made it an easy place to reach first day.
The hotel is very clean,tastefully and elegantly styled and obviously well managed.
The staff are exceptionally kind and friendly. Gaia went above and beyond to help us organise transport, she is such a valuable asset in her role!!
