The hotel is very clean and nice. The staff was also very polite and could accommodate all our needs during the stay -- in case we needed glasses, extra toilet paper, towels, and shampoos, they were always glad to help us. The location of the hotel is also very nice, as it is a 5-minute walk away from the beaches and is in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars. The Metromare (the fast bus service between the railway stations of Rimini and Riccione) is an 8-minute walk away and it reaches the historical center in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast is also exceptional and it is an amazing choice to start the day with some high-quality Italian coffee and food. The rooms also get cleaned every day and the rooms are big enough for 3 people. For the summer days, there is also A/C, which is great for the hot days in Italy. The hotel is definitely recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at this family-run hotel in Rimini! The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel great from the very first moment we arrived. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with homemade treats that were very delicious. The owners (Valeria and Iacobo) and other staff (Niccollo) were incredibly attentive, to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach (beach 131) and Miramare attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rimini!

Private parking, good standard breakfast, very clean and most importantly just a few steps from the beach. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The hotel is quite simple but it has all the needed facilities and considering the price, it almost exceeds the standards. The location is not close to city centre but it is close to a train and metro bus stations, making it a perfect getaway from the busy centre. The beach is nearby, the breakfast was included and plentiful, and the staff was the highlight - extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem and would highly recommend this hotel.
