I have been back 3 times and I love this place, staff excellent, happy to see you, multi-lingual and helpful. No better location - right on the lake. Food is good, basic and served with friendliest waiters (Ray) in town.
Very good location and view from the balcony directly to the lake
We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect — close to everything. The only small inconvenience was that the parking was a bit far from the hotel. A special thanks to Natalia at the reception — she was absolutely lovely and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
Location was amazing. Right on the lake, easy to access buses & boats to neighbouring areas. Staff both reception & restaurant were lovely and so helpful. Really would recommend this hotel, it was lovely & clean.
The breakfast was lovely and the location of the hotel is great, with lots of restaurants, cafe's and shops nearby.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Roma. Everyone, from Natasha and her colleagues on the front desk, to the waiters and all the staff members, including the cleaning staff, they were all super friendly and very welcoming. We will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Garda.
