I went there for the Ironman race and it was right in front of the start/finish of the race. Everything was lovely.

Very friendly personal, i heard the breakfast waiter being annoyed by a too demanding customer and he could always produce polite words trying to lower the tones...i would say PROFESSIONAL.
The rooms are super clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great breakfasts and very good location.
