The room was cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cats added an extra point to the friendliness of the place.
Giovanni the concierge was very welcoming and a good communicator. The hotel is clean, neat and very central. The room although compact was equipped with everything, and the best part was the balcony which spilled out onto a garden area and threw a lot of light into the room which was such a bonus! I feel like I had peace and wasn't in the middle of a busy city. Pleasantly surprised by this!
