Friendly stuffs and cleanness of room! Especially the front desk lady Giussi ( if I spelled correctly), a tall guy with glasses and a lady with short hair at restaurant are extremely attentive and friendly.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are all so kind, so patient, and really make you feel like family. My husband and I really had a beautiful time here, and we loved our room. We didn't like that the room was right at reception, but we still had a lovely stay.
