The rooms are big and comfortable

This hotel is very close walking distance to central Perugia, but is somehow in a quiet small valley with lots of greenery. I woke to birds singing and a rooster crowing. The room was large, simply furnished, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and competent. One staff member in particular spent much time working out how I could best get to the bus terminal the next morning, which was a Sunday during the jazz festival. After determining that by bus or taxi would be difficult, she advised me of the easiest way to walk there while avoiding street steps which would make rolling my large bag difficult. She even wrote out the route for me and suggested I do a trial run the night before. This kindness to a guest was way beyond what I would expect and I was very grateful for it.

Central position in Perugia, with parking.

Very close to the historical center and the University. The owner was very kind: allowed for and early check in and took care of the paperwork for accessing in Ztl with the car.

Great position near universities and Etruscan Arch.
