Everything! They were so kind from the beginning till end. Let us check in earlier, accepted our service dog as part of the family and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was unexpectedly amazing. Will definitely recommend to everyone!
We loved the room decor, the location and the friendly staff
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely, sitting out in the square. Hotel was small and cozy, room had everything we needed. Location was perfect - less than 5 mins to the vaporetto and 10 minutes to San Marco square.
